European Adventist Communicators Discuss How to Adapt to Digital Challenges

27 April 2021 [Adventistische Pressedient, Adventist Review, with tedNEWS]  GAiN Europe 2021 event encourages professional development, networking for mission. From 19-21 April 2021, about 100 media professionals from the Seventh-day Adventist Church across Europe met for the annual Global Adventist Internet Network (GAiN) Europe meeting, which was held online due to pandemic-related restrictions. This year, some participants also joined from Asia, Africa, and the Americas.

The Stanborough Press book, which won the hotly contested prize over many other nominees, was Cooking With Kids by Kirly-Sue (also known as Susanne Kirlew), from Walthamstow Church in London, UK.

The words read from the Scripture, the solemn silence of the church, the stack of washing basins in the corner, the sweet taste of the grape juice and the texture of the communion bread – they have marked my Christian journey like little road posts, coming in regular intervals.

A brand-new digital evangelism tool aimed at reaching the world's 2.7 billion gamers18 March 2021 | Silver Springs, USA [GC Communications]  Heroes 2: The Bible Trivia Game is a free app developed by Hope Channel to share the Three Angels' Mes-sage with gamers and young people around the world. The app will be available on 25 March for Android and iOS on popular app stores.
