‘Reddet’ in Norway engages young adults, strengthens faith

3 April 2017 | Røyse, Norway [Silja Leknes / tedNEWS] Young adults from Norway want to take their faith seriously. Their love for the church has inspired them to develop an event that helps strengthen the Adventist identity of young adults.

Photo: Simen Leknes/ADAMS.Now in its fourth year, organisers believe that ‘Reddet’ (saved) is instrumental in helping youth find their Adventist identity in the midst of the very secular Norwegian culture. What does it mean to be an Adventist? What is the message? What is the purpose?

Photo: Simen Leknes/ADAMS.Despite this being a Norwegian event, young adults from other parts of Scandinavia are now attending, enjoying good fellowship while learning about identity and developing positive relationships with each other and with God.
