Newly Elected TED Treasurer

24 October 2013 | St Albans, United Kingdom [Audrey Andersson, tedNEWS] After almost 10 years as treasurer at the Trans-European Division (TED), Jóhann E Jóhannsson accepted a call in June 2013 to serve as treasurer in the Norwegian Union.

At the recent General Conference Annual Council, Nenad Jepuranovi? was elected as the new TED Treasurer. Nenad has a wide experience and understanding of the needs of the TED as he has served for eight years in the Treasury Department, most recently as one of the Associate Treasurers.

Expressing appreciation for Jóhann E Jóhannson’s work, Dr Bertil Wiklander, TED President, said: ‘We are sorry to see Johann leaving us, for his work has had great value to the TED. His commitment to his work and love for the Church has set an example to all with whom he has interacted. But we are also very pleased that we have been able to replace him with someone whom we know well and already appreciate immensely. Nenad Jepuranovi? has a delightful, friendly personality, and is very knowledgeable concerning all the duties of the Division Treasurer. We know that he will carry on the high quality of work that we have had in the past and I personally am looking forward to having Nenad in the officers’ team. I am thankful to God for both these reliable colleagues and wish them God’s blessing in the future.’ [tedNEWS]
