Newbold Business student, Patrycja Niewolik, has been offered and accepted an international media and analyst relations internship at Hewlett-Packard Enterprises (HPE) in Bracknell, Berkshire.

The twelve-month internship, which begins on 2 July 2018, will see Patrycja supporting the company’s regional press team in the day-to-day running of media relations.

Patrycja NiewolikThis internship, which involves coordinating events and generating press coverage across HPE’s EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) regions, will provide Patrycja with valuable insight into the marketing profession as a whole and all aspects of public relations,” said John Crissey, lecturer in Strategic Marketing and Management at Newbold.

“Patrycja became aware of the HPE Internship Programme last November at one of Newbold’s Business Connect Programme events at HPE. The Business Connect Programme has been successful in helping some of our brightest and best students to gain intern positions at HPE.

“Our first intern was Anastasia Alexandrivna in 2014, thenYosef Schritt and Ezra Elíasson in 2015, and Ben Dzunic in 2016. Our current HPE interns Robert Keszeg and Christian Fischle started their internships in July 2017. Patrycja is the seventh student, in four consecutive years, to secure an internship at HPE.

“Typically, interns take a year off during their degree studies to work full-time for HPE. Not only do they earn a good salary, but they learn how to succeed in a competitive environment.”

“I would like to thank Newbold for encouraging me to try HPE this year. I am very happy about the role I will be taking on and I have no doubts that it will benefit my future career,” said Patrycja.
