Albania Mission Trip

Dates:  23 June – 07 July 2014

Destination: Albania, Tirana and surrounding areas

Cost: 150 Euros, plus airfare from your home country to Tirana, Albania

Target Age Group: 18-35

Project Overview: This project will be made up of 20 participants. The group will be split into two teams of 10. One team will spend the first week running a children’s holiday camp for the Roma children and the second week helping to run health expos at various SDA churches. The other team will do the same but do the health week first and then the children’s camp. Participants don’t need to have any formal health knowledge but should be willing to take instruction and have basic common sense. It is important that participants are willing to play and be creative with children. This project is targeted at people aged 18-35 and is open to anyone in the Trans-European Division. Applicants should be active Christians with a personal faith they are able to share.

 

Insurance: Group Short Term Travel insurance will be provided through Adventist Risk Management. If you wish to have additional insurance, that will be your personal responsibility.

  • Letter of Recommendation from your church pastor or head elder
