10 May 2017 | Binfield, UK [Victor Hulbert] Global Youth Day (GYD) is always a massive social media witnessing opportunity – and for Alastair Agbaje, Trans-European Division (TED) co-ordinator for the 18 March event, it is an experience he is still reliving.

In a thank you video released this week, Agbaje remembers highlights from the live broadcasts based in Serbia and the UK, as well as the variety of mission-focused projects across the TED that engaged youth, not just on the day, but as an impetus for mission throughout the year.

So great was the level of engagement that youth in the British Isles are planning for their own, second GYD this autumn.

Planning is already underway to enhance the 2018 programme.
