Lives are disrupted, damaged or lost. Economies devastated; plans destroyed. The pandemic of 2020 will never be forgotten. But what if, in the midst of fear and anxiety, the Church provides a message of hope.

The GAiN Europe network is providing exactly that: Hope. In an innovative social media experiment generated in just a few days, participants from over 40 countries worldwide have recorded a letter entitled #dearcoronavirus. It is a challenge. It is a message. It represents solidarity. It highlights the human spirit.

#dearcoronavirus is now spreading across social media platforms in many languages. Join this positive virus by liking and sharing, bringing hope to people across the globe.

#dearcoronavirus is a network project coordinated by the Inter-European and Trans-European Division communication departments in cooperation with Hope Media, Germany.
