Pathfinder Bible Experience<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Pathfinder Bible Experience (PBE) is the official North American Division Pathfinder Bible study programme <\/a>and was officially adopted by the Trans-European Division in 2019. Each year, teams of six club members study books of the Bible (alternating Old Testament and New Testament), learning large portions of God’s word and participating in various levels of testing. (Club\/local\/Union\/Division)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

What is PBE<\/strong> ?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The simple concept is a quiz-based Bible study programme for children aged 10 to 15.\u00a0 Originating in North America, PBE is facilitated through Pathfinder clubs.\u00a0 It was embraced by the British Union Conference (BUC) and then introduced to other Pathfinders in the Trans-European Division.

Division Level Testing in TED<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

In 2021, the first ever Division final was introduced and had to happen via zoom due to travel restrictions at the time. In 2022 teams met for the final in Belfast, Northern Ireland, followed by the final in Athens, Greece in 2023; Scheidam, The Netherlands in 2024 and in Budapest, Hungary in 2025<\/p>\r\n

Since 2023 we have been joined by teams from Romania (EUD), Ukraine (GC) and Kenya (East-Central Africa Division). For 2026 we’ve already had contact with teams interested in joining us from NAD<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Cost:<\/strong> In 2026 a charge will be introduced for all accompanying adults<\/p>\r\n

Food:<\/strong> In March a link will be provided by the Polish Union, where clubs can pre-order and pay for meals. More details will follow<\/p>\r\n

Travel, Insurance & Accommodation:<\/strong> This is the responsibility of all clubs.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Flight connections:<\/strong> The International Congress Centre is located 30 km from Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice. A\u00a0car journey to the airport takes about 30 mins.<\/p>\r\n

From Pyrzowice airport, you can reach the ICC by taxi (price about 100 PLN*) or by bus (price about 30 PLN*). When choosing to travel by bus from Pyrzowice airport, you should head to the Katowice Sokolska stop (1 km from the ICC) or Katowice Hotel Novotel (850 m from the ICC). *prices current at time of publishing but may change before the event<\/p>\r\n

The close proximity of the international airports in Krak\u00f3w Balice (70 km, about 50 min.) and Ostrava (130 km, about 1.2 h) allows for efficient access to the ICC from many destinations in Poland, Europe,\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0world.<\/p>\r\n
