After careful research he believes that Facebook provides the department with an efficient tool to reach many people. The page now gives visitors the ability to add some \u2018healthy\u2019 content to their own feeds. \u201cWe want to support Health Ministries departments around the Division and local churches by providing content they can share on their pages,\u201d Bergland says.<\/p>\n<p>Over 200 people have already \u2018liked\u2019 his page and many more have visited. The post on Tuesday, 1 November, World Vegan Day,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.forksoverknives.com\/7-things-that-happen-when-you-stop-eating-meat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> \u20187 Things That Happen When You Stop Eating Meat\u2019<\/a>, is, so far, the most popular. \u201cCurrently, it has been seen by over 2,000 people,\u201d Bergland says with a small smile. \u201cWe therefore see that we already are reaching many, and that we potentially may reach many times more.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other posts talk about sleep, the keys to a good relationship, and even suggest switching off your digital media for 24 hours to enjoy a real Sabbath! It is designed to communicate well with anyone. \u201cWe therefore hope people will \u2018like\u2019 what we post, share it, and invite their friends to \u2018like\u2019 the page.\u201d Bergland concludes, \u201cThe more who like and share it, the more may benefit from the page.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TEDHealth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Health Ministries page<\/a> is one of several provided by the Trans-European Division.
