Every morning started with exercise, a healthy breakfast and then spiritual nourishment through scheduled lectures. Workshops followed, then lunch, and a chance to go for an afternoon walk, socialising in the fresh air until dinner time. Each day concluded with another spiritual pursuit of happiness guided by the Secretary of the “Life and Health” organisation Vlado Havran.

Havran, who also edits the very popular Life and Health magazine, noted that the previous six health camps were mainly held in private mountain homes.
