As part of the launch, the General Conference aims to mobilise one million Adventists worldwide<\/a> to share how Jesus can make “All things new” on their personal social media accounts, using the hashtag #allthingsnew. Churches are also being encouraged to mark the launch in their worship services and prayer meetings, and to encourage their members to take part in media-related outreach initiatives.<\/p>\n First presented to the world Church leaders at the Annual Council in October 2025<\/a>, OneVoice27 is designed to bring greater unity to the evangelistic efforts across the world, while allowing each division, union, conference, mission and local church to adapt the initiative to its own context.<\/p>\n For Marti Szydlowska of the Polish Union Conference<\/a>, a content creator who attended the General Conference\u2019s global Creator Summit earlier this year<\/a>, the initiative also has potential beyond 2027. \u201cOneVoice27 is an opportunity to use one global project as a starting point for something that can last much longer than 2027,\u201d she said. \u201cThe real success would be how many people are still creating, serving and reaching others afterwards.\u201d<\/p>\n The Church-facing identity, OneVoice27: Mission for All, emphasises the call for every member to participate in mission. Its public-facing theme, All Things New: Hope Starts Here, draws on Revelation 21:5 and provides a common framework for communicating the hope of Jesus across cultures, languages and platforms.<\/p>\n Across the Trans-European Division (TED), churches, ministries and members are being encouraged to consider how OneVoice27 can be integrated into their evangelism plans. In the launch video produced by tedNEWS<\/em><\/a>, Daniel Duda, TED president, said, \u201cFor those who have planned your strategic evangelistic initiatives, it’s time to put them into action. For those who are still preparing, it’s now time to plan, to think through what you can do and how you can make a difference in this world.\u201d<\/p>\n Participation can take many forms, including acts of kindness, community outreach, giving Bible studies, creating social media content and podcasts, public evangelism, and other creative approaches that connect people with the hope found in Jesus. Digital evangelism will play an important role, with members encouraged to use their personal social media accounts as opportunities to share the gospel.<\/p>\n M\u00e1ty\u00e1s \u0150sz-Farkas, another participant in the Creator Summit\u00a0from the Hungarian Union Conference<\/a>, reflected on the role of social media in OneVoice27. \u201cFor me OneVoice27 is an opportunity to be part of a global movement, but also a calling to put my efforts towards reaching as many as I can with social media,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Fellow summit participant Danial Daoud, from the Swedish Union of Churches Conference<\/a>, said OneVoice27 could empower Adventists who may not have previously felt confident to share their faith online. \u201cIt is an opportunity to encourage my Adventist friends to start sharing the gospel in simple ways, by joining this global initiative,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n He described the Creators Summit as having a strong sense of shared purpose. \u201cIt felt like a family that had one goal: to introduce the world to the love of Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n Veronika Ickova, from the South-East European Union Conference<\/a>, said OneVoice27 offers an opportunity to see \u201cthe bigger picture\u201d of how young people are using digital spaces for mission, connecting with others and finding creative ways to share the gospel.<\/p>\n The 5 September launch is therefore intended to mark the beginning of a year-long movement, rather than a single day of activity.
