The gathering brought together individuals from across Latvia to explore practical ways to develop new groups and churches<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The programme included various discussions and practical learning on church planting models, development stages, available resources, spiritual gifts, team building and coaching. Attendees also explored the purpose and role of the church, and had a time of prayer as they brought their various plans and passions before the Lord.
