With a posture best described as service-oriented, the leaders from the Hope Channel Network inspired attendees by unveiling a compelling and well-structured five-year strategic framework.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The SURE FrameworkA Strategic Framework to Guide the Hope Channel Network<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hope Channel Network Strategic Framework aligns diverse media entities around a shared vision while encouraging local adaptation. Rather than a step-by-step plan, it provides a common foundation for strategic choices that reflect Hope Channel\u2019s purpose, values, and mission, while allowing each entity to form its own aligned strategy. This framework\u2014developed through a global consultation process with leaders and stakeholders\u2014is built around four key focus areas: Impactful, United, Adaptable, and Resourced.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Impactful \u2013 <\/strong>Maximise reach, deepen engagement, and ensure every contact is connected to local communities of hope by giving equal attention to content, distribution, and engagement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>United \u2013 <\/strong>Foster collaboration, align with brand identity, and share knowledge across the global network to learn from others\u2019 successes and failures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adaptable \u2013 <\/strong>Leverage research and analytics data, cultural insights, and emerging technologies to stay relevant and effective, while adopting a learning organisation mindset that drives continuous improvement.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResourced \u2013<\/strong> Attract and steward financial resources, talent, and partnerships to sustain and expand mission impact, while serving as an open platform for mission-minded and creative Adventists to reach the world through media.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23200\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23200\" style=\"width: 630px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ted.adventist.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Vote630.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23200\" src=\"https:\/\/ted.adventist.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Vote630.jpg\" alt=\"Voting the strategic document presented by Hope Channel NetSCom. At the NLC, several new projects were unveiled, reinforcing its commitment to technological excellence and self-reliance.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Jetstream Hosting<\/strong> \u2013 As of 1 January 2025, HCI has transitioned to a fully church-owned global hosting infrastructure, ending its reliance on commercial providers. Servers hosted at Adventist universities and institutions now serve all Hope Channel content.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Live Streaming with Captions &amp; Translations<\/strong> \u2013 A new tool enables real-time captioning and voice translation of live broadcasts into dozens of languages, greatly increasing content accessibility.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Jet AI<\/strong> \u2013 A newly unveiled AI tool that :\n<ul>\n<li>Analyses video content<br \/>\no Generates engaging video descriptions and search engine optimisation-friendly tags<br \/>\no Incorporates human-centred editing to ensure accuracy and theological soundness<br \/>\no Operates entirely on HCI infrastructure (not third-party AI platforms)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These innovations mark a significant advance, addressing long-standing content challenges while preserving theological integrity and data security.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Strategic Partnerships and Brand Strengthening<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another key focus during the conference was HCI\u2019s drive to forge strategic partnerships that \u201cenhance technical capacity, storytelling, and mission outreach.\u201d Partners include Adventist World Radio (AWR), Maranatha, the Adventist Medical Evangelism Network (AMEN), and the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (GC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HCI leaders also underscored the importance of strengthening each Hope Channel\u2019s local brand identity to foster trust and engagement\u2014while still maintaining a cohesive global image.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_23201\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-23201\" style=\"width: 630px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ted.adventist.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/people-630.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-23201 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ted.adventist.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/people-630.jpg\" alt=\"Field Trip to Museum of the Future. Leaders described themselves as \u201cenablers, helping entities connect, share expertise, and avoid duplication of effort.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This collaborative approach resonated deeply with attendees.
