I will be sorry to leave the TED family, both in the office and the new friends I have made in Europe,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>During his time at the TED he encouraged positive Stewardship values using training programmes, enhancing the 1<sup>st<\/sup> quarter 2018 Sabbath School lesson, developing <a href=\"https:\/\/ted.adventist.org\/sitenews\/2016\/07\/07\/stewardship-ministries\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">web pages and a blog<\/a>.&nbsp; He may particularly be remembered for the innovative \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLHlTyU7ArSTKaGqyWNAIRYtrPPUjv3Dqb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Permission to Dream<\/a>\u2019 video clips that he developed for the European Pastors\u2019 Council this summer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pastor Neal shares Stewardship principles during the 2018 European Pastors&#8217;s Council<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"EPC stewardship\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3UJr7MqF5Kc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cPastor Neal has given extraordinary service developing Stewardship Ministries across the Division,\u201d Raafat Kamal, TED president, stated.&nbsp; \u201cWe are grateful for his contribution, and though we are sad to see him go, we can fully understand why the Stanborough Press have made this call.&nbsp; His writing skills, his world view, and his incisive mind will undoubtedly be a missional blessing to the church.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Writing on behalf of the Stanborough Press senior management, Julian Hibbert notes that Pastor Neal has &#8220;extensive pastoral, departmental and administrative experience, top-notch interpersonal skills and a deep passion for mission. As I reflect on this new assignment, I see it clearly as a pastoral role, helping the reader to grow in faith with the Lord. Whatever the nature of the content, I pray for three messages to shine through and inspire every reader, every edition:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1. Our story is His story.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2. That in our church, everyone can say, \u201cthere is a place for me.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3.
