Additionally, he has played a pivotal role as an organiser of numerous conferences, fostering dialogue and cooperation among diverse communities. As a dedicated teacher, he has focused on educating the younger generation, instilling in them a deep respect for minorities.<br \/><br \/>Raoul Wallenberg was a Swedish diplomat who saved tens of thousands of Jews in Budapest during World War II. Serving as Sweden&#8217;s special envoy, he issued protective passports and sheltered Jews in buildings designated as Swedish territory.
